Today I want to share with you a recipe for cutlets with mushrooms and cheese in a sesame breading. This is one of the many variations of the original dish - cutlets with filling. In the cuisines of some countries of Central and Eastern Europe they are called zrazy.

Ingredients:
- chicken breast - 400 g;
 - bread - 100 g;
 - onion - 50 g;
 - mushrooms - 200 g;
 - cream - 200 ml;
 - cheese - 100 g;
 - white wine - 2 tbsp. l .;
 - egg - 1 pc.;
 - flour - 1 tbsp. l .;
 - ground nutmeg –1/2 tsp;
 - salt and pepper - to taste;
 - sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. l .;
 - sesame seeds - 75 g.

Description of the cooking process:
- Pass the meat through a meat grinder. Salt, sprinkle with spices, add wine. Stir the minced meat and set aside in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
 - Pour the bread ½ part of the cream, leave for 15 minutes.
 - Rinse and peel the mushrooms. Chop thin plates. Dice the onion.
 - Heat the pan, pour oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes. mushrooms, add onions, hold on the fire for another 2-3 minutes. Add cream, simmer until thickened. Put grated cheese in the cooled mass and mix the future filling for cutlets.
 - Combine minced meat and cream-soaked bread. Add flour, beaten egg. Stir for 5 minutes and divide into 4 equal parts.
 - Wet hands with cold water. Form a flat cake from each serving of minced meat about the size of a palm and a thickness of about 1 cm. Put the cheese and mushroom filling in the middle. Form a cutlet, roll in sesame seeds.
 - Place the zrazy in a ceramic form, oiled. Send to the oven, preheated to 180-190 ° С. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
